We would like to inform you that a network maintenance is scheduled with the Quebec Internet Exchange (QIX) on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
Maintenance Period:
Date: Tuesday, May 14, 2024
Time: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Eastern time
During this period, a brief interruption of our network is expected as we proceed with an upgrade of our interconnectivity with QIX. Throughout the maintenance, network traffic will be automatically rerouted to our other network providers to minimize any disruption to our users. We are confident that this operation will be transparent to most users.
The maintenance is scheduled during daytime. This was a requirement from QIX, as it couldn't be scheduled at another time.
We want to assure you that all necessary measures have been taken to ensure that this maintenance proceeds smoothly and with the least possible impact on our operations.
